Meet the Professional

Carol Pironi, LCSW
Westchester, NY Therapist
I am a licensed professional and have extensive experience assisting people with getting the help they need to create sustainable change towards a happier, healthier lifestyle. I take a compassionate, caring approach with realistic, honest insights and work collaboratively to address the psychological issues at hand.
Every patient is unique, and I apply a custom approach that works to meet your goals and address your issues.
Covid Update
Presently, I’m seeing patients in my office as well as continuing phone and teletherapy when preferred. Proof of vaccination is required for in-office appointments.
People experience all sorts of problems: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, job conflicts, isolation, grief and loss, marital stress, relationship difficulties, challenges with raising children or an empty nest, or any number of other hardships. At times, these difficulties can seriously impact your happiness or the quality of your life. When this happens, it’s a good time to start looking for a therapist or counselor.
I require proof of vaccination for all clients and do not require clients to wear a face mask during the appointments. I have a HEPA Air Purifier appliance operating in the office and have face masks and hand sanitizer available as well.
Generally, I see clients from Mondays to Friday between 10 AM to 8 PM. I make Saturday morning available for client appointments and for appointments that were canceled due to sickness, weather or when crises arise.
Individual sessions are $125 for a standard 50-minute session. I also offer longer sessions when appropriate, and often encourage couples to attend 80-minute sessions whenever possible.
